ZOLANZO is a workforce marketplace for digital work. Earners complete online tasks. Hirers create campaigns, fund work, and review submissions. ZOLANZO provides the accounts, marketplace, review, wallet, and support surfaces that connect those parties.

ZOLANZO is not an employer of earners unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Campaign outcomes depend on the hirer, the brief, and the work submitted.

You must provide a valid email address and a 6-digit PIN, and keep them confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Each user has one active profile. You may hold a personal workspace and join or create additional organizations without changing that rule.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country. Do not create accounts for other people or share logins.

Earners browse available work, meet any eligibility or connected-account requirements, complete instructions, and submit evidence. Payment is due only after work is approved under the campaign’s review process.

Rejected or incomplete work is not paid. Follow the brief. Do not submit fake evidence, automate tasks unless the campaign allows it, or complete work you are not eligible for.

Hirers describe work honestly, set budgets, and fund campaigns before work goes live. Campaigns are reviewed before publishing.

Do not post illegal, deceptive, or harmful work. Do not ask earners to move payment off ZOLANZO. Review submissions in good faith using the platform review tools.

Hirer funds for live work are held in escrow until a review decision. Approved work is credited to the earner wallet. Withdrawals go to a supported local bank account when eligibility checks (including verified contact details where required) are met.

Wallet balances are a record of ledgered platform activity. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm a payment or withdrawal. ZOLANZO may pause payouts to investigate fraud, disputes, or legal requests.

Do not attack the service, scrape it in a way that harms other users, bypass eligibility, impersonate anyone, or use ZOLANZO to launder funds, spam, or commit crime.

We may suspend or close accounts, withhold inventory, or reverse credits when we reasonably believe these Terms were broken or the platform is at risk.

You keep rights in work you create. You grant ZOLANZO a licence to store, display, and process submissions, evidence, and campaign materials as needed to run the marketplace, reviews, support, and legal compliance.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

We aim to keep ZOLANZO available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product matures.

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
